We offer fast and reliable shipping for all orders. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
- Germany: 3-5 working days
- EU: 5-10 working days
Shipping costs:
- Germany: Shipping costs are free if the order value is 100 € or more. For orders under 100 €, shipping costs are 4.99 € .
- EU: Shipping costs are 19.99 € , regardless of the order value.
Shipping partners: We work with trusted shipping companies to deliver your order quickly and safely. After shipping, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your order at any time.
Return & Exchange
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should there ever be a problem, we offer you a simple and straightforward return and exchange option.
- Return period: You have 14 days after receipt of the goods to return or exchange them.
- Condition of the goods: Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
- Return costs: You are responsible for return costs unless the goods are defective or there is an error on our part.
