How does your water filter work?
Our water filter systems utilize high-quality, multi-stage filter technology , consisting of a sediment filter, activated carbon filter, membrane filter, and—depending on the model—ultrafiltration. This reliably filters out contaminants such as chlorine, heavy metals, drug residues, microplastics, bacteria , and limescale . What is filtered out of the water?
Depending on the model, our systems filter out chlorine, heavy metals, drug residues, limescale, bacteria, viruses, pesticides , and microplastics , among other things. This way, you get clean, safe, and better-tasting water straight from your tap – without the need for plastic bottles.
Why should I drink filtered tap water?

How long does a set of filters last?
This depends on the system used and water consumption. For all models, the filter set should be changed every 12 to 24 months . How many people can the NAIS Sparkling accommodate?
The NAIS Sparkling is suitable for small to medium-sized teams of around 25 to 30 people .
The device delivers approximately 6–8 liters of filtered water per hour . Based on a typical 8-hour workday, this amounts to approximately 48–64 liters per day —sufficient for the daily drinking water needs of offices, medical practices, or small businesses.
